Save Your.....

There are a few things that will be needed in the Art Room this year and I need your help!

Please keep these materials if you use them at home, then bring them in to Miss Vecellio! If there are any other recyclable materials at home that are not being used, please bring them in because we will be creating several recycled art projects this year!

Styrofoam Egg Cartons

We use them as "paint trays." They are easily closed to keep paint from drying out, they can be recycled when finished, and they can be used for alternative uses as well in the room.

Yogurt Containers 

We will use them as water cups, to store miscellaneous/lose items, or used in recyclable art project. 

Newspapers and Magazines

Newspapers work great to cover tables during messy projects, and we used magazines for different projects including collage.

Clear Soda Bottles - Liter

We will use these bottles for several different projects including Bottle Fish, Chihuly Glass, and more.

Bottle Caps

Of all colors and sizes! We will use these to create large murals using the varied colors of the bottle caps!

There may be a few more materials needed throughout the year, so just keep an eye out. Anything you can bring will be great, and thank you so much for supporting Art here at FCCDS!
